KCON TV

CJ E&M America, the producer and organizer of Korean pop culture festival KCON USA presented by Toyota, is kicking off the official launch of KCON.TV – a new short form video platform and online community that is dedicated to all things Korean entertainment – with unprecedented live streamed coverage from their flagship event – KCON Los Angeles.

Taking place Friday, July 29 through Sunday, July 31 at the L.A. Convention Center, Staples Center and Club Novo, KCON 2016 LA features three days of festivities and two nights of concerts that are expected to attract tens of thousands of fans from all across the country and beyond. KCON.TV brings KCON directly to those who either cannot personally be in attendance, or to fans who want to experience the festival and its related content on demand year-round.

This weekend, KCON will be live streaming both on Facebook Live (Facebook.com/KCONTV) as well as the new KCON.TV platform (KCON.TV/LIVE), with more than 20 hours of live, original, exclusive video content. This includes celebrity interviews, highlights of the convention floor (including panels, workshops, KCON Beauty Block and KCON Food Street) and streams from the full M Countdown Concerts.

KCON.TV’s live streaming coverage will be hosted from the KCON.TV Stage by popular YouTube creators BapMokja and Haeppy from DIA TV, with correspondents Linda Dong and Hannah Jun. See below for planned live programming highlights:
