3. Everytime – Chen (EXO) and Punch
4. No Matter Where – M.C The Max
5. Always – Yoon Mi Rae

K-Pop has overtaken MCountdown’s music chart and while each track on the top five is fantastic, I’m especially excited to see Rainbow‘s comeback song ‘Whoo’ getting the love it deserves! Taking a look at Naver and Melon, the queen of South Korean hip-hop Yoon Mi Rae continues to prove herself as a strong force in the industry with ‘Always’ taking first and fifth place respectively.

Who doesn’t love a good drama soundtrack? Jang Bum Joon has lent his voice to ‘Signal’ as has Punch and EXO‘s Chen to ‘Descendants of the Sun’, and it looks like their additions to the soundtrack are being very well received. Power rookies GFriend and Mamamoo are also charting high once again with their latest hits – could we be looking at the future leaders of the Hallyu wave? Let’s keep an eye out on the charts and find out!
