Tia Lee gets her boxing on as she releases her single “Not Good Enough”, the first since she signed with Sony Music Taiwan.
Working with talented singer-songwriter Kenji Wu who wrote the song for her, her first single is a far cry from her original ‘beauty queen’ image where she transforms into a champion boxer while enduring the presence of a third party luring away her boyfriend (played by KANO star Cao You-Ning).
Lee shares that actually her personality is very much like that of a boy, causing her friends to affectionately nickname her “Brother Lee”.
Of the song’s theme, she says: “The way men and women express their love is different; women always invest their emotions slower, but once they are invested will give their all; men are the opposite; after getting together love just becomes one part of life, ranking behind work, interests, friends and family”.
