International streaming network DramaFever is bringing the Fire Prince to Australia and New Zealand in the heart of winter.
Starting now, Chinese epic fantasy about love, war and deception Ice Fantasy is available for the first time in the region, along with several popular Korean drama series and more. With this launch, DramaFever – part of Warner Bros. Digital Networks – is now available in more than 25 countries worldwide.
Starring Feng Shao Feng (Prince of Lan Ling) and K-pop group f(x) member Victoria Song, Ice Fantasy is directed by Ju Jue Liang, features set designs from Academy Award-winning art director Dan Hennah, and is based on the best-selling novel City of Fantasy by Guo Jing Ming. The romance drama follows a bloody battle between the Ice and Fire kingdoms and the next generation of rulers to take the throne, and is initially being simulcast in Australia, New Zealand and the U.S. on DramaFever with professional English subtitles – and in Latin America with Spanish and Portuguese subtitles – within 24 hours of its original broadcasts on Hunan TV in China, with new episodes every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
More than 120 additional titles from DramaFever’s library, including 2000-plus episodes, will available in Australia and New Zealand at launch, with several new releases premiering in the weeks to come. These include hit Korean dramas such as Cheese in the Trap(2016) and Oh My Ghostess (2015) with several more dramas in the pipeline, including some of the most anticipated titles of the year.
