Each cup is brewed to individual order using only the finest premium ingredients, making every visit as luxurious as the last!
Channelling the tradition of luxurious European high tea and Asian tea connoisseurship, their brand-new Melbourne Central store will offer the entire menu of refreshing and delectable fresh Gotcha bubble teas! Along with the new bubble coffee offering, Gotcha will be serving pretty as a picture, freshly baked French style patisseries in collaboration with Brioche by Philip, to complete the luxurious salon experience.
In addition to creating Australia’s largest and most luxurious bubble tea spaces, Gotcha Fresh Tea are also set to open Australia’s first ever eco-friendly bubble tea store in UTS Sydney. The interiors will feature only recyclable, reusable and eco-friendly materials, along with PLA compostable cold cups and lids, and biodegradable bamboo straws.
In an effort to eliminate single-use plastics, Gotcha Fresh Tea are committed to choosing reusable, compostable, and plant-derived products in which to pour their freshly brewed tea. With a 100% carbon offset from cradle to grave, even the production process is carefully monitored to ensure Gotcha are reducing their carbon footprint and implementing sustainable practices across the board.
