H1GHR MUSIC’s youngest signee, TRADE L, has released his highly-anticipated, debut EP Time Table – The Trip.
Putting his stories front and center, the 6-track sonic memoir follows the South Korean rapper’s navigation through adolescence as he finds his footing in both adulthood and in the music scene. Narratively, it traces TRADE L’s journey since he first entered the music scene. It opens with a shout out to Jay Park on the first track, weaves through a lot of teen angst in between, and ends with a recorded message from his parents.
“Time Table – The Trip is about the young kids who do not have an adult or mentor to guide them in the right directions,” TRADE L shared. “It’s a unique story for myself, because everyone finds their own roads and directions differently.”
The release was accompanied by a live performance piece of EP tracks ‘Tango’, ‘I HATE U’, and ‘Light Out’.
