Fans are set to gather at Brisbane International Airport on Thursday morning when one of Asia’s biggest celebrities lands in Queensland. K-Pop superstar Rain jets into Queensland for a short visit as his millions of social media followers get wind of his pending arrival.

Rain will tour some of the state’s most spectacular tourism destinations and attractions as ambassador for Queensland and a new Tourism and Events Queensland (TEQ) ‘Q-Pop’ tourism campaign.

K-Pop star and Q-Pop ambassador Rain and TEQ Chairman Bob East will be taking photo opportunities with the media at Thursday 19th November at Arrivals area, International Terminal Brisbane Airport.

The Q-Pop campaign is an initiative of Tourism and Events Queensland (TEQ) in partnership with Korean Air, Tourism Australia, Brisbane Airport Corporation, Brisbane Marketing, Gold Coast Tourism and Tourism Tropical North Queensland.
