Jolin Tsai‘s latest album Play has made a resounding impact that has been heard the world over since it’s debut.

Over a year later and a handful of international nominations later, her radically spunky and almost controversial music videos are still the talk of the town.

Cue a recent reaction video produced by YouTube channel LIT (Lost In Translation) where three pairs of North Americans are asked to watch and react to Jolin’s “Play”, “I’m Not Yours” and “Same, But Different”.

Overall, reactions were mostly positive, and they more or less got the message that Jolin had inserted into each video, with some of the viewers even thinking critically about Chinese/Taiwanese culture and how some of the videos might have impacted on local audiences.
