Have you heard the news? Indonesia’s most anticipated summer festival is set to return bigger and better! Mark your calendar for a 3-day of music, arts, fashion, food and fun from 20-22 July 2018 at JiExpo Kemayoran in Jakarta.
Organised by Ismaya group, who the locals turn to for hip eating and hang out space, the event gets bigger and better every since August 2014. This year, too, without fail We The Fest is set to wow Jakarta music scene with its impressive line up, stellar sound system
Lorde and James Bay are among the international headliners, with Australian singer-songwriter Nick Murphy formerly known as Chet Faker, American rock band The Neighbourhood and English indie rock band Alt-J.
Korean American singer-songwriter Eric Nam, Australian producer Basenji, rapper Vince Staples,R&B singer Miguel, SZA and Singaporean pop band The Sam Willows have also announced as well to join the lineup. You can also look forward to an indie pop band from Malaysia, Midnight Fusic.
Indonesian acts announced in the latest announcement are Afgan Isyana Rendy, Andien, Dipha Barus, Greybox & The Standstill Squad, Laze, Matter Mos, Monkey to Millionaire, Neurotic, Nonaria, Pee Wee Gaskins, Petra Sihombing, Ramengvrl feat. GBrand & Keilanboi, dan Thearosa.

Beside musical acts, We The Fest 2018 has also added a series of exciting activities and programs that will complement the festival experience to fill BEYOND THE MUSIC lineup. This include an installation named Arts by Mademoiselle Maurice of France, as well as the Espresso Shot Challenge, Fiery Hot Chicken, Karaoke, Ladies Lounge, Monster Ramen Battle, Mystery Box, People of We The Fest, Sama Bisa Bisa Sama, Stacked Burger Challenge, Sushi Tower Eating Competition, and We The Friends.
In collaboration with Pos Indonesia, We The Fest 2018 will also be presenting a special post office named ‘WTF Post Office’ where visitors can send postcards and create unique custom made stamps at the festival this year.
However, what makes We The Fest 2018 special is ‘WTF Skate Park’. By joining Twilo Skate Park Kemang, ‘WTF Skate Park’ will offer a unique skating experience complete with intimate music performance. Certainly something you can’t miss!
